Hello everyone, and welcome to 2018! Like so many other women, one of my 2018 resolutions is about fitness. I’m not overweight by any means, but I’ve always envied women with thicker, toned thighs. For most of my life, though, I’ve been a pilates and yoga pants type of girl, which – while it does amazing things for core strength and flexibility – has never really done much to my thigh and ass beyond just keep them firm. So this year, I’m going to start getting serious about strength training as well. I keep seeing women on Instagram who have amazing thighs, and they almost always credit weight lifting. I’ve signed up for Jen Selter’s Fitplan (after all, if I want a good booty and thighs, might as well go to the Insta booty queen, right?) to ease into my new habit at home. I’m very excited and hopeful!
This brings me to what I’ve selected to post today. Here’s Tia from SpunkyAngels, a girl who clearly puts in some time at the gym and loves to show off the results! She’s already ticking my boxes because she looks Latina to me, but most importantly – she has some amazing thighs and they look sooooo good in those tiny little shorts! I also have to give due notice to her ass, as well – it looks firm without being flat or small, and has such a nice curve in some of these pics. So what if she doesn’t actually do any working out in the photo set? The important thing here is that she looks good as fuck and she’s probably giving your heart rate a lift – maybe raising something else as well, right? ;3
